End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: 08/21/2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Application, You agree to be bound by this Agreement. If You do not agree, do not use the Application.

2. License Grant

COI Automate grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Application for Your internal business purposes.

3. Intuit and Third-Party Services

The Application integrates with QuickBooks by Intuit Inc. Your use of QuickBooks is subject to Intuit’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. COI Automate is not affiliated with Intuit.

4. User Data

You retain ownership of any data You submit or generate. COI Automate accesses and processes Your data solely to provide the Application features. We will not share or sell Your data.

5. Restrictions

You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, sublicense, or resell the Application. You may not use it for unlawful or harmful purposes.

6. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated. COI Automate may suspend or terminate Your access for any violation.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. COI Automate disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

COI Automate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Your use of the Application.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Notice will be provided via the Application or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
